at Gîtes de la Vergne
- To reserve a gite please use our live booking page, and choose the gite of your choice. If you wish to book all 3 gites then please email us at info@gitesdelavergne.fr
- Once the booking is made and deposit received, we will send you an email confirming the booking. The balance of the stay is payable 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival the full price is payable on booking.
- The price of the gite is per your stay, includes all bed linen, pool towels, bathroom towels ,water, electricity, wi-fi
- Cancellations may be made, however please note the cancellation policy: More than 8 weeks before the arrival, we will refund any payments made minus the non refundable deposit of 25%. Less than 4 weeks , if we can rebook the gite then a refund ( less deposit) will be made. We recommend that guests have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any situation connected to need to cancel or any delay with travel arrangements.
- Security deposit of £200 is needed to cover for any damage or breakages. After departure and the gite is inspected your deposit will be returned within 48 hours
- Guests may arrive from 4pm on the first day of the stay and need to depart by 10am on your departure day.
- The accommodation is provided for the persons named on the booking form and we ask you to notify us of any name changes to the original booking one week before arrival. The maximum capacity of the property is stated on the booking form and must not be exceeded.
- For stays over 2 weeks bed linen and towels will be changed every week
- Pool towels are provided
- We are a non smoking complex and there is no smoking inside the gites, games room or around the pool
- Two of our gites welcome pets ( Les Saules and La Lievre), we need to be informed at the time of the booking. 2 dogs maximum per gite. There is an additional charge of 25 euros per dog per stay. We ask that pets are not permitted on the beds or sofas. We will ask pet owners to cover any additional cleaning costs should it be necessary.
- Usage of the pool is for all guests. Under 16s need to be supervised at all times. Pool is open (subject to weather) from April – September. Pool times will be displayed in the games room
- Tourist tax is calculated per night per adult and is included in the price of your stay
- There is a minimum 3 day booking
- Babies and toddlers welcome-please contact us if you require a travel cot/high chair
- We ask all guests to use the recycle bins and be mindful of respecting the environment
- Guests can use the shared washing machine located within the Games Room.
- All bookings for stays over 7 days will include welcome pack
- Included in the rental rate will be detergents and cleaning products, toiletries and pack of logs for the wood burner
- All bookings include end of stay clean
- VAT is not added to bookings, if there are any changes with French tourist rules, we may need to amend rates
